Òhe 24th International Conference on Ion-Surface Interactions (ISI-2019) was from 19th till 23rd August 2019 in Moscow.
ISI-2019 will be the next one in a series of traditional
biennial meetings devoted to problems of physics of atomic
collisions in solids and related topics.
Starting with 1971, the conferences were held in Kharkov, Moscow, Kiev, Minsk, Zvenigorod (Moscow region), Yaroslavl and contributed to the progress of research and technologies based on ion-surface interaction.
The scientific programme of ISI-2019 will include invited plenary talks as well as oral
and poster presentations to cover the following topics:
1.Sputtering, surface erosion, desorption.
The duration of invited talks is 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Oral contributions are scheduled for 15
minutes with extra 5 minutes for discussion.
Computer and overhead projector will be provided. Poster sessions will be held after talks.
Posters of A0 format only, vertical size should be put up the evening before, and removed immediately after the poster session.
The working language of the conference is English (all oral presentations and discussions).
It is also possible to present posters in Russian, but titles, abstracts and figure captions must be written in English.

Selected and referred at the conference papers will be published either in Russian or in English in special issues of the Journals:
The regular conference fee is 32500 RUB , student fee is 18000 RUB and accompanying person fee is 14000 RUB.
It covers lunches, evening meals, the books of extended abstracts, outings and excursions, and the cost of visa invoice.
The conference fee can be paid via bank transfer.
